Homecoming

9.28.2011

A few weeks ago I was able to help a friend take pictures of a Soldier's homecoming.
Nothing could be sweeter or more tender than one of these.

It was do-or-die.
She was going to eat that snowcone.
And she cried the whole way home because we wouldn't give her any more of it.
I guess she has our sweet tooth!

Tyrel told me that I need to actually update the blog with what is going on with our little family.
I am going to wait for a few things to iron themselves out and then we will tell you all about our exciting, vivid, over-the-top lives (which is an exaggeration, if you didn't catch that).

A few weeks ago I was aaaaaaching for some time off of work.
Tyrel was in the middle of switching jobs, and my vacation time had just renewed.
That meant St. George.
Oh St. George. I die for the one shot of summer I get while I visit you!
Tyrel's parents have a timeshare there, and they were kind enough to let us join them for a few days.
The boys golfed.
Pretty much the whole time.
That means the ladies got to shop, swim, sun, and lounge.
Perfectness.
Thank you St. George.
You gave the the only flip-flop tan line I would get during the Summer of twenty-eleven.

Look at that lip...
